Qualifications:
Must have 2 years field experience; possess a current
driver’s license, a valid MA pesticide applicator’s license,
and a CPR/First aid certificate; should be a certified
arborist (MAA or ISA) or working towards that goal; and
have the ability to project a positive and professional
image to clients and the public at all times.
Responsibilities:
Performs all required tree maintenance activities in a
safe and efficient manner. Assists crew leader with the
preparation and execution of all tree maintenance activities.
Ensures that company quality and national safety standards
are maintained and that all clients receive the level
of service they are accustomed to. Assists with skill
development training for the arborist trainees; and assists
crew with weekly shop repairs and maintenance. |
Salary Range: $21-$32/hr
